ISF Filing, customs and Border Protection department from the port of loading before the goods are loaded onto transport vehicles for export to the U.S. This rule is commonly or unofficially known as the “10+2” rule. The U.S. Customs and Border Protection began implementing the rule from January 1,2009 onwards.
