The Soldier is keeping a steady lead over the Demoman in the Team Fortress 2 War update, making him that much closer to grabbing the mysterious seventh weapon. But to spur on the troops, Valve released word on some of the other upcoming items, namely a few weapons for the Demoman. The Demo’s explosive range and unpredictable shots make it hard for him to deal with close-quarters fighting, which should be solved with the new “Close Combat Kit.”
